Through ancient oaths and accords forged when the Imperium was young, the ordo sinister and legio custodes have been bound to one another. Since the forming of these accords, one custodian has walked the halls of the ordo and conferred with its masters, the Prima-Legatii.
For the last 749 years, the title has been held by Kalimak Solthanar of the Ephoroi, a warrior of supreme skill tempered by a need to support the most dreaded and valuable war machines in the Imperium.
