Kill! Maim! Burn!
Illustrated for Magic the Gathering Universes Beyond- Warhammer 40,000.
The initial weapon reference I used for the sketches and colour roughs was later updated for the final. For the final, I simply did a rough line drawing over what I had done before (colour rough 1) and painted from there. The purple gooey blood had to be changed into chunks (no blood allowed).
