Image Usage and Licensing Terms
40K Gallery is an independent, fan-run gallery of Warhammer 40,000 community artwork. The pieces shown here are created by artists around the world and remain their property. This page explains who owns the images and how to request permission to use them.
Who owns the artwork
Each piece is the copyright of the individual artist who created it. 40K Gallery does not own the artwork and does not hold the rights to license it on any artist’s behalf.
Warhammer 40,000, and all associated names, characters, settings, and imagery, are the intellectual property of Games Workshop. 40K Gallery is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Games Workshop. The artwork displayed here is unofficial fan art created by the community.
Our role
We display each piece with credit and a link back to the artist who made it. Our purpose is to showcase and promote these artists. 40K Gallery is not a stock library, and we do not sell, grant, or broker usage rights.
How to use or license an image
If you would like to use, license, reproduce, print, or commission a piece, please contact the original artist directly. Every artwork page and artist page on this site links to the artist’s own website and social profiles, which is the right place to reach them. Permission must come from the artist, not from 40K Gallery.
Please do not assume any image is free to reuse. Appearing in this gallery does not place a work in the public domain and does not grant you a license to it.
For artists
If you created a piece shown here and you would like it credited differently, updated, or removed, please contact us at [email protected] or contact and we will take care of it promptly.
