Claws of Lorek

The Claws of Lorek are a warband of Chaos Space Marines of unknown allegiance and genetic origin. They are suspected by Imperial scholars of being a splinter group of the Astral Claws Renegade Chapter, the once Loyalist Space Marine Chapter that now forms the Red Corsairs warband. The Heretic Astartes of the Claws of Lorek have been sighted within the area of the Warp rift known as the Maelstrom in the Ultima Segmentum. The Claws of Lorek wear black power armour with metal trim and a reverse red/black tiger-stripe pattern on the shoulder plates and greaves. The Claws of Lorek do not have an individual warband icon, instead they wear the usual heretical Chaos iconography and fetishes to identify their allegiance to the Dark Gods.
