Golden Gryphons

The Golden Gryphons is a Loyalist Codex Astartes-compliant Chapter of Space Marines of unknown Founding and genetic origin. Nothing else is currently known about them in Imperial records. The Golden Gryphons primarily wear golden power armour. The black squad specialty symbol — battleline, close support, fire support, Veteran or command — is located on the right shoulder plate. A white Low Gothic numeral is centred on the squad specialty symbol, indicating squad number. The colour of the Aquila or Imperialis on the chest plate indicates company number in accordance to the Codex Astartes — i.e. white (1st Company), yellow (2nd Company), red (3rd Company), etc.
