I know that he’s a World Eater. And likely a traitor/heretic. But something about those pinpoint green glints in his lenses and the frowny face grill thingy makes it seem like he’s got the thousand yard stare and is saying. “I’ve seen some crap man”

True. But I imagine rolling with Daemons and Daemon Primarchs occasionally results in things that traumatize even them. Particularly if they’re unfortunate enough to be in Fulgrim’s vicinity.
