A Dying Empire
The painting describes the horror and the suffering of the warriors Imperium of Man fighting in the eternal war, as the apothecary continuously try to mend unending wounds while the mechanicus adept struggles with the lack of technology that is mostly caused by the laws of the Empire that forbid certain research and development of the so called forbidden technology, now the building behind the battle which has statues of regular humans carrying the heavy burden of the bridge represent the suffering of the people of The Imperium eternally serving a dying empire represented by the huge skull above the statue.
