Alexander the Grey
Im not sure where this should sit. 10 years back, in the days of love for Warhammer 40k art, I drew a piece called Alexander the Grey. He was a head on view of a “made up” Space Marine Captain in a Chapter of my own design(as per the rules allowed within the game). One of the big flaws in the work was that it was improperly planned and the figures massive sword disappeared off the bottom. I decided to do a NEW version of the picture showing all I’ve learned in the last 10 years of drawing. Ironically, once again I screwed up the placement and size of the figure and had to turn his Greatsword into a Greataxe. I’m an idiot.

The figure is wonderful though and while I debated whether this would be fan art or not, according to the rules set down by DA it doesnt seem to apply. Hopefully its presence under the scifi banner doesn’t offend anyone for that reason.
