THE STORY
An Astra Militarum regiment has been reassigned after a draining war on an icy, joyless planet. Their morale is low, and they lack the zeal expected of Humanity’s defenders. A handful of them hatch a plan to go it alone when they find out they’re being sent to a death world. They have no idea what they’re setting in motion. It’s a fascinating look at a regiment that’s not famous or particularly heroic, and what conditions they’re expected to endure. You’ll see the pressure they’re under, what makes them crack, and ultimately discover the fate of those who turn from the God-Emperor.
