Counting Coup for Sanahe
In short – an Eldar corsair princess with a defeated enemy-turned-throne, and a throne babe (of course), who is actually the same character from this picture
Here are the full details:
Counting Coup
In the darkness of the Imperium Nihilus, the Imperium has all but ceased to exist; here the Shadow Lady Faoiltarna awaits the tribute and homage of the Patricians of Visnoq. A noted Corsair leader from Biel-Tan before the coming of the Ynnari, she is prone to overt displays of power. Her favoured concubine Bethrie Rosethorn holds a trophy of the recent sacking of Watch-Fortress Cryptus testifying to her power over recalcitrant elements of the sundered Imperium. Faoiltarna sits on another such trophy, the Primaris Watch-Captain Typhon Nemiel, who was denied the mercy of death after his defeat in a personality-scouring Mind War by her seers, now only a fragmented personality Typhon is only dimly aware of his shame.

So… what chapter is the space marine from, pray tell? How on Earth could he have been coaxed into this and let with his life, sanity and limbs?
Did the Eldar corsair revealed to himself that he was actually into this sort of things? 😛
Based on the description I think the context put forth is that after Imperium Nihilus started the corsair raided a Deathwatch keep and won, mindblasted the watch-captain, and turned him into a chair.
