Court of the Phaeron
Every tomb world is governed by its ruling noble. These rulers are surrounded by their Royal Court, an assemblage of lesser nobles – nemesors who command the royal legions, Royal Wardens who serve as lieutenants and bodyguards, menacing retinues of Lychguard and scheming knots of Cryptek viziers. Much politicking and intrigue goes on in these courts, for most Necrons who retained personalities after biotransference remained both ambitious and ruthless.
