Guilliman’s Council
It has not gone unnoticed amongst the Imperium’s highest echelons that – despite being the loudest voice for the breaking up of the Space Marine Legions – Guilliman is now the only individual in the Imperium capable of commanding the loyalty of so vast a force of arms. The particularly learned believe that the combined strength of the Ultramarines’ successors may exceed that of the Ultramarines Legion at the height of the Great Crusade. What Guilliman thinks of this is unknown to all but himself, but an individual of such awe-inspiring intellect is unlikely to have missed such a detail.
