Each warlords leads a infantry cohort of the warband but some warlords may have a different role such as being in command of a outpost, world or a specialized formation, the warlords themselves are all veteran warriors of the long war and highly skilled officers while the iron Marauders favor the use of siege warfare and armored assaults, each warlord is needed to exceed in different ways of war to lead there respective cohort to the best of there ability, each warlord has a guard detail of a Tyranthikos squad, the ancient formation of the iron warriors that continues to be in use with the iron Marauders
