From there, he completed his training by finishing the culminating ritual inspired by the Space Wolves ritual, influencing Borterran culture back in Great Crusade. He successfully went out and claimed a Borterran dire wolf skull for his own, from there he started his career as a Borterran Ulfsark. He served proudly as a riflemen for 3 years before being promoted to the rank of Sergeant through a battlefield promotion after him and fellow guardsmen hold a choke point against a cultist mob. Wielding a Borterran style Power axe “Wraith” and revolver bolt pistol “Glory”, Yuri soon earned the nickname “Lucky” after surviving multiple barrages of enemy fire alone in a grudge match of a skirmish holding a key point on the battlefield resulting in an Imperial victory. Sergeant Yuri is said to still serve proudly in the service of the God Emperor and Imperium to this day as he now takes charge of a Ullfsark Kill Team consisting of veteran guardsmen. Completing key missions for the glory of the 144th Borterran Ulfsark Regiment.
