A homebrew chapter, the Shattered Blades!
“Syzran Altan of the shattered blades for thousands of years, every Chapter Master of the Shattered Blades adopted the name of their ancient founder: Sythis Koore. The title became less a name and more a symbol of continuity, an unbroken lineage stretching back to the forgotten days of the Heresy.
That tradition ended in blood. The current Chapter Master, Syzran Altan, was the first to refuse the title after the horrifying revelation that the original Sythis Koore still lived. Twisted by centuries of bitterness and aligned with the Dark Mechanicum, Koore returned from exile and murdered the previous Chapter Master with his own hands. Declaring the Imperium a decayed corpse unworthy of loyalty, the ancient warlord attempted to reclaim command of the chapter he had founded.
He failed.
Though Koore escaped, the chapter emerged deeply scarred by the revelation that their founder had become the very thing they once fought against.”
