“The Battle for the world of Creadus Prime had been brutal; over the past solar month, the world had been bombarded to oblivion, leaving little of its population left standing. The few remaining population centers had been subject to the scourging of the forces of chaos, local forces had failed to keep the tide at bay in time. Once Imperial forces entered the system, the world was already unrecoverable, the campaign of salvation had turned to one of retribution. It was here where mortals, loyal or traitor alike bore witness to the clashing of their angels, the battlefield a blur of giant, figures and shades of color and metal awash with blood. Watching as they would be seen cutting and slashing at each other. The world would become more than just a graveyard world echoing the screaming of its settlers for all time, but a monument to the clash of warriors.”
