Sorcerer of Nostramo
If there was just a singular reason the Grave Spectres brought hesitation to their foes in the Eye of Terror, it was their loose association with the ‘Sorcerer of Nostramo’. Known for his uniquely close relationship with daemons, the sorcerer had brought calamity to foe and friend alike in the millennia since the Heresy.
His name, lost on the altar of power among the many many sacrifices needed to feed his bargains. Power itself did not fuel his desire nor the fame of conquest, yet these moved in the wake of his unknown ambition.
Noctus Quintus was where his gaze had fallen next, through hidden agents, daemon pacts and the energies of the warp at his command he had brought the Grave Spectres to this world. Time will tell who this will ultimately benefit, the only certainty is that his daemon’s will have their due and the Sorcerer will escape unscathed.
