Aquiloan Brotherhood
The Aquiloan Brotherhood is a Loyalist Space Marine Chapter of unknown Founding and a successor of the Ultramarines. The Aquiloan Brotherhood is currently one of the nine Shield Chapters of Ultramar, nine Chapters of the Adeptus Astartes (plus the Ultramarines) that the Lord Commander of the Imperium Roboute Guilliman charged with permanently defending the Realm of Ultramar and expanding it back to its pre-Horus Heresy size of five hundred worlds during the Era Indomitus. In order to perform their duties, each Shield Chapter was given command of a world within Ultramar to use as their base of operations.
