Golden Halos

The Golden Halos is a Loyalist Space Marine Chapter of unknown Founding and origin. Almost nothing is known about this Chapter other than that it was engaged in such notable campaigns as those on Kistvaen, Podzul, and the solar decades-long Siege of Nectocalyx, which was colloquially referred to as “The Meatgrinder.” The Chapter’s motto in High Gothic, Ex Ungue Leonem (“Judge the Lion by his claws”), reveals its proud martial tradition. When a vessel appeared out of nowhere, it was positively identified as the “ghost ship”, the Celestion, a doomed vessel that disappeared in the Warp nearly a century earlier.
