Kabal of the Severed
The Kabal of the Severed, known to the Imperium simply as “The Severed,” are a spacebound Drukhari Kabal that left Commorragh hundreds of Terran years ago. The Severed have plagued the systems of the Ghoroid Strip since time immemorial. Their brightly painted Raiders and Ravagers are adorned with chains of shrivelled hands taken from other Drukhari, Space Marines and Imperial Guardsmen alike. The archon of the Kabal of the Severed, S’aronai Ariensis, once botched a coup that cost him his place in the Dark City and most of his left hand. He defiantly refuses to regenerate his wound, and his warriors are often mutilated in the same manner as a sign of respect, their left hands reduced to talons.

This Corner of the Archive Is Empty
Not one piece of art in the entire gallery carries the Kabal of the Severed tag. That is not a dead end, it is an opening. If you draw, ink, render or work digitally, whatever you make for Kabal of the Severed becomes the first thing anyone ever sees here.
Two ways to fill it
Artists: make something tagged Kabal of the Severed and send it in. New work gets credited, linked and pushed out on the gallery socials.
Everyone else: if you have seen art that fits Kabal of the Severed, send me the link. Finding the artist is my job, spotting the art is yours.
One bit of honesty: every piece on this site is hand-picked by me, so sending something in is not an automatic post. Art aimed at an empty tag like Kabal of the Severed has a much better shot than most, because these are exactly the gaps I am trying to fill, but it is still a hopeful maybe rather than a guarantee. If a piece does not make it, that is no reflection on you or your work, so please keep them coming.
