Old Ones

The Old Ones were an ancient, technologically and psychically advanced intelligent species of cold-blooded reptilian beings or an alliance of individual advanced species. They established an interstellar empire across the Milky Way Galaxy tens of millions of Terran years ago. The Old Ones ruled over the Milky Way before the development of most of the other sentient species of the galaxy. The Old Ones may have been the first species to attain sentience in the galaxy, and the first species to cross the “sea of stars,” making them also the first star-faring species in galactic history.
