Vulkan.
Primarch of the XVIIIth Legion, the Salamanders.
This is the 5th primarch in my ongoing character series, and my favorite one so far. I had a blast trying different faces that I felt best exemplified the Primarch and his legion. I explored a lot with armor designs but ultimately ended up sticking close to the official miniature design, as its just so good.
