Ximena Yriart
Sister Ximena Yriart of the Order of The Argent Shroud, she holds the rank of Sacresant Superior amongst Celestian Sacresants the elite melee warriors of the order. Last member of House Yriart of the Hesperian Corona, her family was disgraced when her twin sister, Monserrat revealed herself as a hidden psyker, on the eve of the Nigrum sacramentum festival and murdered their parents, and turned their estate into a den of horrors. It is also rumoured that her sister killed several Astartes aspirants hailing from the Hesperian nobility with her witchcraft.
Instead of being executed she was given the chance of redeeming her family name by joining the Schola Progenium and through them The Adepta Sororitas. Haughty, graceful and proud, Ximena has risen though the ranks of the Order on pure determination and faith. Despite her piety cleaning her family name remains a priority to her, which often clashes with her superior’s opinions that she should put the Emperor first. A bit of daredevil she is prone to disregard orders from those she deems foolish, even within the sisterhood. She takes the ethos of faith through action to heart. She takes proud on her noble origin keeping her appearance to look the part, even applying the of mono-molecular wires so her hair serves as a tactical advantage.
