Claws of the Maelstrom
011026 – One more for the Black Library and the first CSM cover piece by yours truly, featuring the fearsome Huron Blackheart of the Red Corsairs. Penned by the indomitable Marc (eyyyyy! Marc with a ‘C’!) Collins.
THE STORY
While Huron Blackheart strives to expand his empire through scheming and violence, a new threat appears to challenge him as never before. Can he hold onto what he’s toiled so long to secure, or will an unexpected xenos threat destroy it all? Huron is a legendary character for good reason. As a renegade, he fights for his own glory over that of the Dark Gods. However, that obstinate nature makes him vulnerable, without the backing of the old legions, when he’s facing an existential threat. Huron Blackheart is Master of the Maelstrom by his own will, not that of the gods he spurns.
