A veteran of countless campaigns, Grand Master Vorth Mordrak is the sole survivor of the doomed defence of Mortain, a fortress world consumed by a chaos onslaught. In the aftermath of that battle, Mordrak became host to a spectral phenomenon, ghostly apparitions of his fallen battle-brothers, now known as the Ghost Knights, who manifest beside him in war. Whether psychic echoes, warp-born revenants, or the product of a darker mystery, these warriors fight with the same unwavering zeal they possessed in life. Mordrak now wages a personal war against the forces of Chaos, driven by vengeance, duty, and the unshakable presence of the dead who march with him.
Gotta love the Grey Knights, just so badass. Very challenging painting this one and fighting the composition but we got there in the end, onto the next!
