Nicassar
A nicassar that boarded the eldar corsair fleet along with his Novice Ethereal friend, Mal’kyr. He likes to float in the navigation room contemplating astrological philosophy.
A minor recurring NPC for my campaign, since it’s not major NPC, no long lore this time. I just want a psychic flat polar bear in the campaign, and my players want to see what the psychic flat polar bear look like.
