Egon Castovean, Chapter Master of the Penitent Wings
Egon brought his sword around in a devastating swing, the pommel striking Heraghas’ head in such a blow that broke his terrible helm, fragments of tainted ceramite falling to the ground as the Word Bearer fell to his knees, blood splattering across the scorched stones. Egon scoffed in disdain, reaching down and clutching the traitor’s head within his grasp, hoisting Heraghas up from the ground.
“Many are the tales of your blasphemous deeds, and many more of great warriors slain by your blade. Tales of a despotic champion of the Dark Gods that destroys all as he wills.”
With that the Egon rose his sword up high, bringing it down in a mighty arc that cleaved the Word Bearer’s wretched head from his shoulders.
“You could imagine my disappointment.”
