Karacnos Assault Tank

The Karacnos Assault Tank is a type of tank used by the Adeptus Mechanicus. The Karacnos is a variant of the Triaros Armoured Conveyor dedicated to assault operations. Its transportation compartments have been replaced by heavy weapons, most notably the Karacnos Mortar Battery. This mortar fires radioactive warheads designed to sweep an area clear of all organic life. The vehicle was also equipped with Hunter-Killer Missiles and was protected with both heavy armour and radioactive shielding.
