a space marine librarian.

the store name itself was based on The Library of Alexandria en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Library_…  one of the largest and most significant libraries of the ancient world in Alexandria, Egypt

so i imagine it could be a legionn/ chapter with many psykers. sort of a loyalist Thousand sons?
