Kyriakos Andrakis was believed to be the second highest ranking officer after Vissarion in the Alpha Legion’s Gamma Harrow. As Archon of the Black Hand, Kyriakos led Gamma’s most elite and dangerous soldiers. Known as “The Adjudicator”, Kyriakos’ reputation was driven by fear and his penchant for destruction – his Black Hand lacked the subtelty normally characterized by the Alpha Legion. What they lacked in subtlety and subterfuge, however, they made up for in pure violence. There were some among the Gamma Harrow’s Inner Circle that feared Kyriakos’ control of the Black Hand and rumours that he was pseudo-religious were not uncommon. He held a strong personal belief that forgiveness for ones’ sins could only be absolved through death, a verdict he brought upon to many of the Harrow’s enemies through his relic weaponry: Truth and Reconciliation.
