Let me introduce you to my last June fanart made for incredible @plague_champion_monnos
Formerly belonging to the Sapper cohorts of the Iron Scourge, Vurn-Haegth led was a squad sergeant but with the spread of devotion to Nurgle flowing through the ranks he ascended to dominance. Becoming a captain and leading even more warriors with the near-suicidal tactics that made him a successful sergeant among the squads of Sappers and Demolition experts.
