Iron Scourge

The Iron Scourge are an Iron Warriors warband formed from the remnants of the IV Legion’s 27th Line Company, Heresy veterans who fled Medrengard when their own Legion turned on them. They were led by Warpsmith Ogdromok, the company’s former chief Techmarine and a master builder of daemon engines, whose Maulerfiends and Defilers fought beside heavy armor and the mortal Vorakan Host. For millennia they worshiped no gods, holding only to the Iron Litany. Their armor is bare iron with brass trim, marked by the Legion skull with three nails driven into it. After the 13th Black Crusade, a Nurgle plague swept the warband, and Sergeant Monnos slew Ogdromok to rule what is now the Scourging Hunger.
