Commissioned work. Solar Fury. Modified Dictator class vessel!
Before departing on the Indomitus Crusade, Lord Commander Guilliman gifted the Emperor’s Lions chapter a newly refitted Dictator class cruiser. The vessel was named “Solar Fury” in honour of the chapter’s birth system.
Designed especially for the Lions form of campaigning. The vessel serves as a mobile base, with numerous heavy launch bays for fighter and transport aircraft to deliver substantial numbers of vehicles and troops to a planetary surface.
Measuring 5.1 Kilometres in length and carrying over 95000 crew. She is a formidable void adversary with lance batteries, torpedoes and a Nova canon. Her duspex detection systems expand her long-range capabilities to launch fighter strikes against other capital ships in deep space.
