Flagship of Inaqar the Unbound
A relic from the War in Heaven, this battleship is built around a formidable quasar cannon. When properly manipulated, the vessel’s singularity core releases energy in two opposing torrents. One beam is contained by the spine of the ship, and its twin is fired out of the central cannon. The effects of the weapon are awe-striking: its target explodes from the inside as shields and armour are sundered by penetrating radiation. Sustained use can cause a planetary extinction. However this colossal ship, once the scourge of unclean worlds, is now moored in the Apotheo dynasty home system. Not only is it required as a permanent deterrent
against the horrors of the Ghoul Stars, the mass of the singularity at its center makes the use of an inertialess drive incredibly taxing. Collapsing the black hole is not an option either, as the dynasty does not have the resources to re-activate it in a new location, which would render the primary weapon of their flagship inert. The Revenant Majesty remains a terrible guardian, obliterating any vessel who dares to strike against the tombs of Inaqar the Unbound.
