Quietus, Ashen Claws – Warhammer Fan Art
VIGILATOR OF THE ASHEN CLAWS
The modus operandi of the operative known as Quietus was an exemplar of the head-hunter tactics employed by the XIX Legion of old. The Aeolian’s warband fielded a formidable complement of reconnaissance assets including snipers, outriders and land speeders, each an expert in maneuver and marksmanship. Yet even amongst such deadly hunters, it was Quietus that stood foremost. Many a battle the Ashen Claws fought was won with a single shot, the thunderous report of a high-caliber bolter round heralding the end of a mighty champion or the sudden death of a lynchpin commander. Where Quietus stalked the field, the enemy would fall in disarray as the course of the battle turned with the single pull of a trigger.
