COMMANDER ASHWALKER FIFTH SPHERE ASHWALKER CONTINGENT

A native of Tash’var, Commander Ashwalker had repelled dozens of ravaging Ork warbands on his homeworld, earning himself and those under his command a reputation for intractable and dogged defensive tactics. His methods were considered reckless by some, unimaginative by others, but none could question the efficacy of his tactical acumen. Having been put in cryo-stasis after his initial achievements, Ashwalker was awoken by the Ethereal Council in order to partake in the Fifth Sphere Expansion. Knowing full-well that his contingent could end up isolated and surrounded, without any chance of resupply, the venerable Commander Ashwalker entrenched what resources he had deep in the rubble-choked labyrinth of the planet’s largest hive-city, Meritus Prime, setting up inumerable roadblocks, ambush points, killboxes, booby-traps and sabotaged causeways.
