Arthos Repta could not abandon his newfound battle brothers in the middle of an escalating campaign. Upon return to his chapter company, Repta assembled a ferocious close quarters shock assault force and dove back into battle in the Meritus system.
Indeed, a newfound virtue in the bellicose Captain Repta may just be his belief in the power of camaraderie and brotherhood outside the natural bonds of his own chapter.
Knowing he is turning himself and his company into a frontline blunt object, he now dons tactical dreadnought armor, but maintains his massive eviscerator and has kept his Inquisitorial pauldron in reverence to his time in the Watch. He also carries a horrific flensing knife in the tradition of Amit’s legacy.
