TRENCH RUNNERS OWDIAN MILITARY
The Trench Runners are the elites of the Owdian Military, and they fight alongside the T’au Empire, striving to preserve their planet and to help liberate others from the Imperium of Man. Once under Imperial rule, this agricultural world suffered under harsh tithes, with re- sources and manpower constantly taken from its people. After centuries of exploitation by the Imperium, the planet rebelled. With the aid of the T’au Empire, they successfully broke free and now stand as a member of the T’au. The Trench Runners utilize gear inspired by the Death Korps of Krieg and T’au Fire Warriors. They are experts in raids, hit-and-run attacks and guerrilla warfare. Over the years, they have fought against several factions, including during the Defence of Owdia against an Ork invasion, the War of Fai, the Hothen Offensive, the Liberation of Polosta from the Imperium and the Van-Strata Campaign against
the Valtannia Coustillars. They aim to liberate more worlds from the Imperium and bring them into the T’au Empire, for the Greater Good.
