Gurtholax Vyr
Formerly the 7th leader of the Death Guard vectorium known as the Effluvient Host, Gurtholax Vyr was famed for his impeccable cunning and ruthlessness. His original destiny was to be the ninth Lord to assume the mantle of leader and become the Emissary but Gurtholax himself had other plans. The mantle of the 7th Emissary was too precious to let go. Gurtholax barabarously murdered his two front runners alongside with the reigning 6th Emissary, whom he thought to be inept and weak. With no remorse he shoved aside those in his way and successfully claimed the position of the 7th Emissary for himself. He would go on to rule over the Effluvient Host with an iron fist for nearly two millennia, spreading countless diseases across the galaxy. Finally, his efforts were noticed by the Grandfather and he was granted his ultimate reward immortality in daemonhood.
