Originally a Shas’ui leading a mechanized Fire Warrior Strike Team, he participated in many daring close assaults rapidly disembarking from Devilfish Transports to pour enfilading pulse volleys into the hapless foes of who stood in the way of the Tau’s galactic manifest destiny across the Damocles Gulf. When his Devilfish was shot down by a well-aimed Krak missile, he and his Fire Team were forced to defend the wreckage until reinforcements could arrive to affect a rescue and extraction. Amongst the burning debris, he was wounded by an Imperial’s chainblade, which disfigured his face. Since then he has remained stoic and steadfast, earning the name ‘Stoneskin’ and the rank of Cadre Fireblade bravely leading his line troopers through many close range firefights.
