Argen was one of the surviving youths on Baal during the invasion of Hive Fleet Leviathan, losing his parents and becoming an immediate candidate for the Primaris pro- gram used to reinforce all Blood Chapters. Due to his ferocity in combat he was assigned to the Flesh Tearers, where he flourished despite not being Cretacian born. The young assault marine was given the name “Wrathwing” by Chapter Master Gabriel Seth due to his glaring similarities to Flesh Tearers founder Nasir Amit, both in personality and in warfare. Argen has recently returned from service to the Deathwatch under the leadership of The Black Lion, in which he has been promoted to 1st Company Captain now in com- mand of the most elite of the Flesh Tearers Chapter.
