Captain Eredictus is a former Assault marine sergeant of the Flesh Tearers chapter. During the Achillus Crusade, Eredictus and Gabriel Seth fought side by side, throwing themselves into battle after battle against the ravening xenos monstrosities from Hive fleet Dagon. In the aftermath of the Crusade Gabriel Seth became the Chapter master and made Eredictus a Captain of his own company. During The Eclipse wars, Eredictus earned his nickname, Angel of Carnage, as he led a ferocious counterattack against Chaos Space Marines. Charging on the wings of blood, wielding his enormous chain buzzing Thunder hammer, he obliterated whole squads of Chaos Marines single handedly. The Flesh Tearers continued their indiscriminate slaughter of civilians after the renegades had been driven away. Believing that they had to purge the tainted. Where ever the Flesh Tearers fight, the first thing that the enemy sees is The Angel of Carnage, charging them as a wracking ball of wrath!
