Inquisitor Drekoff Hapscheldt of the Ordo Malleus walked down the hallway of the inquisitorial prison block, to interrogate an Imperial Guardsman who was sentenced to death for heretical speeches after he was found alive under the dead corpses of a dozen other horrible mutiladed soldiers. As he had the prisoners cell opened, the former guardsmen was already dead. He had somehow slit his wrists and written one word over and over again in blood on walls, floor and ceiling: MEATGRINDER.
